The owner, choreographer, looked for lodging suitable both for parties and for spending time in solitude. The first condition determined the studio character of the room, while the second — the finesse of design project. The apartment was not repaired since the early 60-s, so the full reconstruction of the electric wiring, central heating and water supply system was needed. Then the reconstruction of the five rooms began. All the walls between the rooms were demolished. During the reconstruction a column and a part of original brick setting were found. Later it became an important and expressing element of the interior. The livingroom is the result of the joint forces of the architect and the client. It consists of three parts: the kitchen, the hall area and the living-room. The colour scheme unites all these three rooms. White colour prevails in the interior, emphasizing the architectural details.
