The mixture of black and white, its conciseness resembling the laconic Japanese art of calligraphy, combines with the strict lines of this four-storey cottage in harmony. The perspective of the voluminous space is marked with dotted lines of chandeliers on the ceiling and the inlaying of coloured squares in the floor. Adorned with an abstract canvas of Arunas Vaitkunas, the staircase leads to the house's main level comprising a spacious living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The large windows supply the area with a view of the picturesque surroundings. The living-dining room is partly separated from the kitchen with an ingenious partition -- its kitchen side is fitted out with built-in shelves and various household appliances. The interior constituents employed in here belong to modern Italian design; the furniture units and the creamy carpet on the floor reecho against one another due to their square forms. The next level accommodates bedrooms and a bathroom. The dark-wood flooring is covered with soft light carpets. The right-angled sink along with the round mirror in combination with a couple of horizontal shelves add oriental motifs to the bathroom. The master bedroom is done up double-level: the upper level is occupied by a large bed; the lower one serves as a cloakroom.
