This place has a history of its own. It was first opened in the times of Napoleon III by Alphred Prunier. Among the restaurant's patrons there were the aristocracy, writers, actors. In 1903 it was inherited by Emile, the son of Alphred Prunier, who expanded it and decorated the walls with the pictures of Impressionists.
