The apartment belongs to a young couple. They wanted their flat to look like a studio, spacious and minimalistic , far from "pastel" interiors. As the flat is part of a panel building and all of the walls are load-bearing, no restoration and re-arrangement were possible. The apartment consists of two parts: public and private. The guest area includes a living-room and a kitchen. In the private area there is a bedroom and a clothes area with a tiny gym. Having dismissed the idea of crude dark-grey walls that the owner originally had, the architect has used mainly the white color that visually enlarges the space. To avoid monotony the wall between the hall and the kitchen is painted in light-grey, and wall bays are lit. The space is built up with geometrically accurate lines. Thus, doorways are oblique-angled. Red spots of the furniture and accessories dilute the white-and-grey spectrum and bring in a jovial spirit.
