Sea, yachts, the La Seu Cathedral, restaurants and bars surround this house in Calle Apuntadores , which, in the 15^th century, used to be a bishops' palace. After buying it Tom Gosman reconstructed it to start business there. The idea both the architect and the designer had was to combine local traditions and modern style. That is why wooden doors, typical Mauritanian windows and part of the old wall are preserved here. Floors are covered with white and grey concrete and polished. Contrasting with it are tomato- coloured fabrics of the armchairs, claret-colored plaster in the hall, a dark-green bar-counter and a rich rose of the facade. The facade was a starting point in the reconstruction. Inside almost all pieces of furniture are drafted by the designer and look like antiques. An open terrace overlooks the town and you can enjoy the view while having luncheon.
