This magnificent house was built for the only purpose - to be let out. At the moment it is occupied by an embassy. The house is surrounded with old pine-trees. Re-designing the house without damaging the trees required assistance of an experienced architect. On the ground floor there is an open living-room adjoining a fire-hall and a kitchen. Another area is a study and a sauna. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. An oak staircase is a principle element in spacial arrangement; it is well seen from the garden, through the glass facade. The designers say that this staircase is a symbol of a steady movement. The main color both in exterior and interior decoration is white. Relief limestone, wood and glass used in decoration give a quaint feel playing in various types of light. A Bohemien sofa, a Zanotta table, a Minotti armchair make the interior complete and comfortable.
